Our Story

Every story has a beginning, and Zadah's story began around a family table united by a passion for authentic taste, built on over forty years of culinary expertise and recipes carrying the soul and warmth of home hospitality. It all began in Dammam, Eastern Shore district, with the launch of Kabab Zadah; our first brand, through which we brought the authenticity of Persian cuisine to our customers under the slogan «Taste from Home». With the success of this beginning, our vision expanded from founding a single restaurant to building a company that develops diverse brands and concepts in the restaurant sector, making Zadah the umbrella uniting authenticity, quality, and innovation.
